Your rights when goods are defective

Goods sold in the European Union are generally covered by statutory guarantee rights for at least two years. These rights concern defects that are present at delivery and become apparent within the statutory period.

Depending on the statutory conditions, you may request repair or replacement free of charge and, in certain cases, a price reduction or reimbursement of the purchase price. Any additional manufacturer's guarantee is independent of these rights.
