Right of withdrawal

Withdrawal instructions

Consumers have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason.

The withdrawal period is 14 days from the day on which you, or a third party designated by you other than the carrier, take possession of the goods. Where several goods from a single order are delivered separately, the period starts upon receipt of the last item.

Exercising the right of withdrawal

You may do this, for example, by email or post. You may use the model withdrawal form below, but this is not mandatory.

You can access the electronic return and cancellation function via Withdraw from a contract and the link of the same name in our shop footer. Use the email address of your order and the confirmation code sent to you by email. Then select the relevant order and the available cancellation or return action. No password is required to sign in. After submitting your request, you will receive an acknowledgement of receipt by email. Your other ways of exercising withdrawal remain available.

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient to send your communication concerning withdrawal before the withdrawal period expires.

Effects of withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we will reimburse all payments received from you, including delivery costs. Additional costs resulting from your choice of a delivery method other than the least expensive standard delivery offered by us are excluded.

Reimbursement will be made without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the day on which we receive your withdrawal declaration. We will use the same means of payment as you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise. We will not charge any fees for this reimbursement.

We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or you have supplied evidence that you have sent them back, whichever occurs first.

Returning and handling the goods

You must send back or hand over the goods to us without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the day on which you inform us of the withdrawal. The deadline is met if you send the goods before the 14 days have expired. You bear the direct cost of returning the goods.

Please package the goods securely for transport when returning them. Unopened original packaging is not a general requirement for exercising your right of withdrawal.

You are liable for diminished value only if it results from handling the goods beyond what is necessary to establish their nature, characteristics and functioning. Use or testing does not automatically exclude the right of withdrawal.

Statutory exceptions

For sealed goods that are unsuitable for return for health-protection or hygiene reasons, the right of withdrawal does not apply if their seal has been removed after delivery. This exception requires that the statutory conditions actually apply to the goods concerned. Opening packaging or testing a perfume is not automatically treated as excluding the right of withdrawal.
